The following covenants and restrictions shall apply to the property:
1. No swine or fowl or shelters for such shall be on any lot.
2. Each lot shall be known and described as a residential lot and is restricted for residential use and shall not be used for any commercial purpose or other purpose.
3. Each lot is restricted to single-family residences.
4. 25-foot front set back line.
5. 25-foot side set back line.
6. Any manufactured home placed on any lot shall be no more than 5 years old at the time of placement and must be underpinned with commercial grade material.
